Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager with daily food and beverage operations at Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay. Responsibilities typically include supervising restaurant staff, coordinating service, maintaining guest satisfaction, managing opening and closing procedures, monitoring standards, assisting with rosters and training, and supporting cost control. Applicants are generally expected to have hospitality or restaurant supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, sound knowledge of service standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
