The brand combines contemporary Italian design, refined service and the heritage of Bulgari with distinctive destinations and highly personalized guest experiences. A Maldivian resort under the Bulgari name would be positioned toward the luxury and ultra-luxury market, serving international leisure travelers, couples and high-net-worth guests. Destination Guide

Maldives resort islands offer opportunities in front office, guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping, culinary operations, engineering, spa, diving, marine activities, finance and management. The culture is welcoming and community-oriented, with Islam shaping local customs; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected on inhabited islands. Resort life is beautiful but remote, with long shifts, shared accommodation and limited shopping or entertainment compared with major cities. Foreign employees normally require an employer-sponsored Employment Approval and work visa, arranged after a valid job offer and medical checks; working without authorization is not permitted. Employers commonly provide accommodation, meals, return airfare or annual leave flights and basic medical coverage. Relocation involves document verification, health screening, onboarding and adapting to boat or seaplane transfers. Malé and local islands provide more everyday services, while resort islands offer privacy and a close-knit international staff community.
