Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily resort operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest services across Front Office and other departments. Requirements typically include hospitality management experience, strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations, excellent English communication, sound decision-making, and familiarity with hotel systems. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, coordinate with department managers, maintain service standards, respond to emergencies, and prepare accurate handover reports.
