Company Info

Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, is a beachfront Marriott International property in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The resort presents an upscale Arabian-inspired setting with refined guest rooms and suites, restaurants, leisure facilities, spa services and access to the Gulf coastline. As part of The Luxury Collection, it focuses on distinctive destinations, highly personalized service and authentic local experiences rather than a standardized resort stay. Marriott International is one of the world's largest hospitality companies, operating a broad portfolio of hotels and resorts across numerous brands and countries. Employees generally work within structured service standards while helping deliver memorable experiences for international guests. The property attracts leisure travelers, families, couples, business visitors and guests seeking a quieter alternative to Dubai, with nearby access to Ajman and the wider northern Emirates.

Destination Guide

The UAE is not an island, but it offers coastal and island-style living along the Arabian Gulf. Hospitality jobs are widely available in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism, events, aviation and retail, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Fujairah. The culture combines Emirati traditions, Islamic values and a highly international workforce; modest dress and respectful behavior are important. Lifestyle is generally modern, safe and convenient, with beaches, shopping, desert activities and year-round sunshine, though summers are extremely hot. Most foreign employees need employer sponsorship and a residence visa; employers commonly arrange work permits, medical checks and Emirates ID processing. Confirm whether accommodation, transport, insurance and flights are included before accepting an offer. Ajman is comparatively affordable, while Dubai is more expensive but offers broader employment opportunities.
