Job Description

The Loss Prevention Shift Leader supervises daily security and loss-prevention operations, protecting guests, colleagues, property and assets. Requirements typically include relevant hotel security or law-enforcement experience, leadership capability, good English communication, sound knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, CCTV and access-control systems. First-aid, fire-safety or security training is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead shifts professionally, monitor resort areas, respond promptly to incidents, investigate concerns, maintain accurate records and coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary. Discretion, integrity, calm judgment, physical fitness, cultural awareness and a strong guest-service mindset are essential. Resort experience, especially in a luxury or island environment, would be beneficial.
