The Revenue Analyst supports hotel revenue strategy by preparing forecasts, monitoring occupancy and room rates, analysing market and competitor data, and helping optimise pricing and inventory. Candidates should have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence using spreadsheets and hotel revenue or property-management systems. Hospitality, finance, economics, or business experience is helpful, while Japanese and English communication skills may be expected in an international hotel environment. The successful candidate is organised, commercially aware, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable presenting clear recommendations to management. Flexibility, teamwork, discretion, and a genuine interest in improving guest and business performance are also important.
