The Executive Housekeeper leads the hotel’s housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott cleanliness standards. Candidates typically need substantial hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory or management experience, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen control, inventory and health and safety practices. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and departmental staffing are valuable. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach employees, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, respond professionally to guest concerns, maintain inspection standards and control operating costs. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and flexibility for weekends and public holidays are essential.
