Job Description

The Commis III-Pastry/Bakery supports the pastry and bakery team with preparing breads, cakes, desserts, pastries and mise en place according to hotel recipes and quality standards. Candidates should ideally have basic culinary or pastry training, some kitchen experience, food-safety knowledge and an understanding of hygiene procedures. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. The successful candidate is expected to follow instructions, maintain consistent portion and presentation standards, keep equipment and work areas clean, reduce waste and cooperate well with chefs and colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
