The Reservations Clerk supports hotel room bookings, amendments, cancellations and guest inquiries through telephone, email and reservation systems. The role requires strong Japanese communication skills, customer-service experience and good attention to detail. English proficiency is advantageous, particularly for an international hotel environment. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, handling payment or booking information accurately, coordinating with Front Office and Sales teams, and responding professionally under pressure. The successful applicant is expected to provide prompt, friendly service, protect guest information, maintain accurate records and help maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is normally required in a resort hotel.
