Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor supports the front office team in delivering warm, personalized service throughout the guest journey. Requirements typically include hospitality or hotel operations experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, and fluency in English; additional Spanish and other European languages are valuable. The successful candidate should be confident handling guest requests, complaints, arrivals, departures, VIP arrangements, and service recovery. They are expected to supervise colleagues, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain accurate guest records, uphold Marriott and Le Méridien standards, and create memorable experiences. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
