Job Description

This university internship supports the purchasing and accounts payable function at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. Typical responsibilities may include assisting with purchase orders, invoice checking, supplier records, receiving documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination with Finance, Receiving, Stores, and operating departments. Candidates should be enrolled in a university program related to accounting, finance, business, hospitality, or a similar field. Basic knowledge of purchasing or accounts payable, good numerical accuracy, computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are useful. The successful candidate is expected to be organized, dependable, discreet with financial information, service-minded, and willing to learn in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Thai and English communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to follow procedures are advantageous.
