Job Description

The Groundskeeper (Landscaper) maintains gardens, lawns, plants, pathways and outdoor areas to the hotel’s luxury standards. Duties may include planting, pruning, watering, mowing, applying fertilizers, removing debris, operating landscaping tools and reporting irrigation or maintenance issues. Candidates typically need practical landscaping or gardening experience, physical stamina, basic knowledge of plants and irrigation, and the ability to work outdoors in Qatar’s hot climate. Safe handling of tools and chemicals, attention to detail, reliability and teamwork are expected. Hospitality experience is helpful, while a relevant vocational qualification may be preferred. The role may require flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
