Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staff coordination, table assignments, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with food-safety standards. Candidates are generally expected to have previous experience in restaurant or hotel food-and-beverage operations, strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to lead a diverse team. A professional, guest-focused attitude, attention to detail, flexibility with shifts, and confidence handling complaints are important. Hospitality qualifications and experience with Marriott or other international hotel standards may be advantageous. The successful candidate should be organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working weekends, evenings, public holidays, and during busy resort periods.
