Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor (AYS) oversees Marriott’s At Your Service telephone and guest-support operation, ensuring calls, requests, complaints, and service recoveries are handled promptly and professionally. Requirements typically include hospitality or customer-service experience, supervisory capability, strong English communication, computer literacy, and the flexibility to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
