Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas and related facilities to Sheraton’s standards. Typical duties include changing linen, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling cleaning equipment safely and respecting guest privacy. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential. Candidates should have good attention to detail, a reliable and professional attitude, physical fitness for standing, bending and lifting, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts is expected. Applicants must generally have valid Australian working rights and a strong commitment to guest service, hygiene and workplace safety.
