The Accounts Assistant – Accounts Payable supports the finance department by processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, preparing payment records, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining accurate accounting files. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, together with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and payables procedures. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting or hotel-management systems is useful. Previous experience in hotel finance or accounts payable is advantageous.
