Job Description

The Reservation Agent manages guest room bookings through telephone, email, online channels, and Marriott reservation systems. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel reservations or front-office experience, good English and Indonesian communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail. The role requires accurate data entry, knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies, and the ability to handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests professionally. The successful candidate should be service-minded, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience with Opera or similar property-management systems is an advantage.
