Previous hotel, telephone operator, or guest-service experience is advantageous. English proficiency is generally expected, while Indonesian and other languages are helpful. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts. Candidates are expected to demonstrate Westin's service standards, protect guest privacy, resolve routine issues effectively, and maintain accurate records.
