Job Description

The Steward Attendant supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage operation by washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment; maintaining clean storage and preparation areas; removing waste; and following hygiene, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role may require standing for long periods, lifting supplies, working flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, and cooperating closely with chefs, servers, and other stewards. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is helpful but may not be essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to cleanliness, and basic communication skills are expected.
