Job Description

The IT Supervisor supports the resort’s technology infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, telecommunications, guest Wi-Fi and property-management systems. Typical requirements include relevant IT education or equivalent experience, practical knowledge of troubleshooting, networking and system maintenance, and strong communication skills. Hospitality or hotel IT experience is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide responsive support to guests and colleagues, maintain reliable and secure systems, document incidents, coordinate with vendors, follow Marriott standards, and assist with technology projects. Flexibility, professionalism, problem-solving ability and willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays are important in a resort environment.
