Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, supervises service colleagues, maintains guest-service standards, manages reservations and seating, coordinates with the kitchen, handles guest concerns, and assists with training and scheduling. Candidates should have relevant food-and-beverage experience, strong communication and leadership skills, sound knowledge of restaurant procedures, and a professional approach to luxury hospitality. English communication is generally important, while Japanese language ability is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and during busy seasonal periods, along with good organizational skills and a strong focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and memorable guest experiences.
