Job Description

The Front Office Manager leads daily reception and guest-service operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing coordination, complaint handling, and lobby supervision. Candidates typically need hotel-management experience, several years in front office operations, and previous supervisory or managerial responsibility. Strong English communication, customer-service skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with hotel property-management systems are expected. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as well as the ability to coach employees, maintain service standards, manage departmental procedures, and work effectively with housekeeping, reservations, engineering, and other hotel teams.
