Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, property and company assets at W Kuala Lumpur. Typical requirements include relevant security or loss-prevention experience, good communication skills, physical fitness, sound judgment and the ability to remain calm during emergencies. Familiarity with CCTV, access control, incident reporting, fire safety and basic investigation procedures is useful. The successful candidate is expected to patrol the hotel, monitor security systems, respond promptly to incidents, enforce hotel policies, assist guests professionally and maintain accurate confidential records. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential. A professional appearance, integrity, cultural awareness and teamwork are highly valued.
