The Lobby Ambassador welcomes guests, creates a polished first impression and provides attentive, personalized assistance throughout the hotel lobby and public areas. Responsibilities may include greeting and escorting guests, handling requests, sharing local recommendations, coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams, and maintaining luxury service standards. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, strong local knowledge and the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is generally expected; additional languages are advantageous. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays, discretion, teamwork and a genuine interest in guest service are essential.
