Job Description

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems throughout The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain. Candidates should have vocational or technical training in HVAC, practical experience with commercial or hotel systems, and knowledge of electrical controls, pumps, compressors and preventive maintenance. The role requires the ability to diagnose faults, respond quickly to guest and operational requests, complete maintenance records and follow health, safety and environmental procedures. The successful candidate is expected to work professionally, communicate well with colleagues, maintain high luxury-hotel standards and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
