Job Description

The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the resort’s food and beverage department with administrative and operational coordination. Responsibilities may include preparing reports, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, supporting purchasing and inventory processes, handling communications, and assisting outlets and managers with daily requirements. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in hospitality administration or food and beverage operations, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar systems. Previous resort experience is advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, reliable, professional, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working flexible hours in a multicultural island environment.
