Job Description

The Reservation Agent manages guest room bookings, amendments, cancellations and related enquiries through telephone, email and reservation systems. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, good computer literacy, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous hotel reservations, front-office or customer-contact experience is preferred. Knowledge of booking platforms, room rates and hotel procedures is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide prompt, professional service, maintain accurate records, explain rates and policies clearly, coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams, and support occupancy and revenue targets. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required, together with a polished appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
