The Rooms Operations Supervisor supports daily front-office and guest-room operations, helping ensure smooth arrivals, departures, room readiness, service recovery, and an exceptional luxury guest experience. Candidates should have hospitality or front-office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead and coach colleagues. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems, cash handling, guest relations, and operational procedures is helpful. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, along with a professional appearance and calm, solution-focused approach. English is generally essential; Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento would be valuable in Aruba.
