Job Description

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables and maintaining clean, well-presented service areas. Candidates should have a friendly attitude, good communication skills and a genuine interest in hospitality. Previous food and beverage or customer-service experience is helpful, though training may be provided. The role requires professional grooming, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy resort environment, handling guest requests courteously and following food-safety, hygiene and service standards.
