Job Description

The Concierge Team Leader supervises daily concierge operations, leads the front-of-house team and ensures guests receive knowledgeable, personalised service. Typical requirements include previous concierge, guest services or hotel front-office experience, strong communication and leadership skills, excellent local destination knowledge, professional presentation and the ability to manage guest requests calmly in a busy environment. Familiarity with hotel systems, luggage and transport coordination, VIP services and complaint resolution is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to coach team members, maintain Marriott service standards, build positive guest relationships, coordinate with other departments and remain flexible across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
