The Concierge/Front Desk role welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out support, provides local information, handles requests, coordinates with hotel departments, and helps create a smooth guest experience. Candidates should have strong Japanese communication skills, customer-service experience, professional presentation, basic computer ability, and a helpful, attentive attitude. English or another foreign language is an advantage, particularly in an international hotel. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates are expected to remain calm under pressure, respond quickly to guest needs, work well with colleagues, and uphold Marriott and Sheraton service standards.
