The Executive Housekeeper leads the resort’s housekeeping operation, maintaining high standards for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Requirements typically include substantial luxury hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory or departmental leadership experience, strong knowledge of cleaning standards and operating procedures, budgeting and scheduling skills, and fluent Thai communication. Experience with Marriott or other international hotel systems is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate a diverse team, coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering, manage supplies and costs, respond professionally to guest concerns, and ensure consistent compliance with brand, health, safety, and quality standards. Flexibility, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and a hands-on management style are important.
