Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, guest services, arrivals, departures, reservations coordination and front-desk standards. Candidates typically need previous hotel front-office or supervisory experience, strong knowledge of hotel systems, excellent communication skills and the legal right to work in Australia. The role requires confident leadership, attention to detail, complaint-resolution ability and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to support and coach the front-office team, maintain high service standards, manage operational issues promptly, assist with occupancy and revenue targets, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Experience with Marriott systems or Opera PMS, together with a hospitality qualification, would be advantageous.
