Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, rooms division, or a coordination role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, respond promptly and professionally to requests, protect guest privacy, support room-cleanliness standards, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Thai and English communication skills are likely useful, while familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA or similar platforms would be an advantage.
