Job Description

The Front Office Manager leads the reception and guest services team, overseeing check-in, check-out, concierge support, room assignments, billing, complaint resolution, and daily front-office operations. Candidates are expected to have substantial hotel front-office experience, supervisory or management background, strong communication skills, and a genuine luxury-service mindset. Experience with hotel property-management systems, staff scheduling, coaching, and handling VIP guests is highly desirable. Fluency in Japanese and English may be required or strongly preferred, along with professional judgment, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and changing shifts. The successful candidate will maintain Ritz-Carlton service standards while building a welcoming, efficient, and memorable guest experience.
