Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Runner) supports housekeeping by delivering linens, amenities, cleaning supplies and guest-requested items to rooms and public areas. Requirements typically include a secondary-school education or equivalent, physical stamina, the ability to lift and move supplies, basic communication skills and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to work neatly, promptly and safely, maintain professional grooming, protect guest privacy, follow Marriott and Westin cleanliness standards, and cooperate closely with room attendants, supervisors and other departments.
