Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive welcomes guests, handles enquiries and requests, coordinates with hotel departments, supports check-in and check-out, follows up on guest feedback, and helps resolve concerns professionally. Candidates should have experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality, along with strong spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages, local attractions, and hotel systems is beneficial. The role requires a friendly personality, excellent communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. The successful candidate is expected to maintain Marriott and Sheraton service standards, create memorable guest experiences, protect guest privacy, and work flexibly across shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
