Company Info

Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Doha, is a high-end Marriott-affiliated resort in Qatar offering luxury accommodation, extensive wellness facilities, restaurants, event venues and personalized guest experiences. It is known for its large spa and wellness concept, landscaped grounds and focus on privacy and premium service. Sharq Village & Spa, also in Doha and operated within the Marriott portfolio, combines traditional Qatari-inspired architecture with a beachfront resort setting, restaurants, leisure facilities and a luxury spa. A cluster role supports both properties, giving the successful candidate exposure to different hotel operations, employee groups and brand standards. The resorts serve international leisure travelers, business guests, groups and local residents, and place strong emphasis on colleague development, service excellence, cultural awareness and consistent operational training.

Destination Guide

Qatar is a compact Gulf country rather than an island, with Doha as its main employment and lifestyle hub. Hospitality opportunities are common in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness centers, events and tourism, particularly for experienced international candidates. The culture blends Islamic traditions with a highly international workforce; modest dress, respect for local customs and awareness of Ramadan practices are important. Doha offers modern housing, shopping, beaches, museums and excellent dining, while summers are extremely hot and humid. Most foreign employees require employer-sponsored work and residence visas. Employers commonly assist with relocation, accommodation or a housing allowance, transport, medical cover and flights, although packages vary. Candidates should confirm contract terms, probation, benefits, document attestation and family sponsorship requirements before relocating. Qatar is generally safe, but living costs, especially rent and schooling, should be considered.
