Job Description

The Front Desk Executive welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to enquiries, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and confidence using hotel systems. Previous experience in front office or hospitality is preferred. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, while maintaining a warm, efficient and discreet approach. Candidates are expected to resolve guest concerns professionally and deliver the high service standards associated with JW Marriott.
