Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet, and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, preparing tables, clearing and resetting service areas, processing payments, and following food-safety and hygiene standards. Candidates should have a friendly, professional manner, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is helpful, although suitable entry-level applicants may be considered. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of English and Indonesian, teamwork, reliability, neat grooming, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are important.
