Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, hotel assets, and property operations. Typical requirements include previous security, loss prevention, or hotel experience; good observation and communication skills; physical fitness; professional conduct; and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, emergency procedures, access control, and local safety regulations is useful. The candidate is expected to patrol the property, respond calmly to incidents, investigate reported concerns, maintain accurate records, support emergency response, and handle confidential information discreetly. English communication is generally required, while knowledge of Arabic and relevant security training may be advantageous.
