The At Your Service Agent supports hotel guests by handling telephone calls, requests, messages, room-service enquiries and service coordination. The role typically requires previous hotel, customer service or communications experience, strong English, professional telephone manners and confidence using basic computer systems. Candidates should be organised, responsive, calm under pressure and available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A friendly attitude, attention to detail, local area knowledge and the ability to work cooperatively with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage are expected. Hospitality qualifications are helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate should consistently deliver prompt, courteous and personalised service in line with Marriott and Four Points standards.
