Job Description

The Rooms Division Manager leads the hotel’s rooms operations, typically overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and related guest-experience functions. Requirements generally include several years of hotel operations experience, strong knowledge of rooms procedures, people leadership, budgeting, service standards and hotel systems. The successful candidate is expected to deliver consistently high guest satisfaction, manage departmental performance and costs, coach colleagues, coordinate effectively with other departments, and respond professionally to operational challenges. Excellent communication, organisation, commercial awareness and a hands-on leadership style are important. Experience with luxury hospitality and Marriott or similar property-management systems would be advantageous.
