The Operations Assistant supports daily operational activities, documentation, shipment or service coordination, data entry, reporting, and communication with internal teams and customers. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or equivalent qualification, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and good written and spoken English. Experience in logistics, administration, customer service, or a fast-paced operations environment is helpful. The role requires reliability, organization, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize tasks under time pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to work flexible shifts may also be expected.
