Internship - Finance and Admin (Facility and Maintenance)

Job Description

This internship supports DHL’s finance, administration, facilities and maintenance activities in Malaysia. Typical requirements include current enrollment in, or recent graduation from, finance, accounting, business administration, facilities management or a related discipline. Candidates should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and demonstrate accuracy, organization and basic numerical skills. The role may involve invoice and expense tracking, budget or reporting support, document control, vendor coordination, purchase administration and maintenance records. DHL is likely to expect professionalism, confidentiality, clear communication, teamwork and the ability to manage routine tasks while meeting deadlines. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and interest in a multinational logistics environment are important. Previous internship experience is helpful but usually not essential.
