The Global Strategic Growth Intern supports DHL’s growth initiatives across international markets. Typical responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, business case preparation, performance tracking, presentation development and coordination with regional or global stakeholders. Applicants are generally expected to be current undergraduate or postgraduate students in business, economics, finance, logistics, marketing or a related discipline. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate should be curious, commercially minded, organised and comfortable working with diverse teams in a multinational environment. Previous experience in consulting, strategy, market research or logistics is helpful but may not be essential.
