The Technical Services Engineer – Powerplant supports the airworthiness, reliability and operational performance of aircraft engines and related systems. Typical requirements include an aircraft engineering or aeronautical degree, relevant powerplant maintenance experience, knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulations and reliability programs, and familiarity with technical documentation and engineering databases. An aircraft maintenance licence or equivalent certification is advantageous. The candidate is expected to investigate technical defects, provide engineering advice, evaluate maintenance data, support troubleshooting and modifications, and coordinate effectively with maintenance teams, manufacturers and regulators. Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills are essential, together with attention to safety, regulatory compliance and operational deadlines. Experience in aviation, cargo operations or an airline technical services environment would be valuable.
