The Operations Core Project Lead Analyst supports operational change initiatives, process improvements and controls within Citi’s banking operations. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong project management and analytical skills, and experience in financial services, operations, risk or process transformation. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, preparing management reporting, identifying operational issues and driving solutions to completion.
