Job Description

The Senior Vice President, Cross-disciplinary Controls Group Manager leads control governance and oversight across multiple business and functional areas. The role typically requires extensive experience in risk management, compliance, internal controls, audit, or financial services operations, along with strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and control frameworks. Candidates should be able to identify and assess risks, manage control testing and issue remediation, interpret data, prepare senior-level reports, and coordinate effectively with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are expected. Experience managing teams and working in a complex, multinational banking environment is highly desirable.
