Job Description

Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to direct technology strategy and delivery for APAC equities cash trading and middle-office operations. The role typically requires substantial experience in financial-market technology, equities trading workflows, middle-office platforms, application development, architecture, cybersecurity, and large-scale transformation. Candidates should understand front-to-back trade processing, settlement, controls, regulatory expectations, and regional operating models. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, vendor oversight, and delivery skills are essential, along with the ability to work across trading, operations, risk, compliance, and global technology teams. Experience managing multicultural teams and complex programs in an investment bank is expected.
